How can I pay for my massage treatment?

You can pay for your massage treatment in full online when booking or I can take payment via credit/debit card or cash on the day of your treatment.

Can I wear makeup to my massage appointment?

It is best to come with a fully cleansed face to you massage appointment. Depending on what massage treatment you have booked, some oils will be massaged on to the face.

Is there an age limit for massage therapy?

Yes the minimum age requirement is 18 for massage therapy.

What is lymphatic drainage massage?

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, specialised treatment that encourages the natural movement of lymph fluid, helping to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support your body's natural healing processes.

What can lymphatic drainage massage help with?

It may help reduce fluid retention, swelling, post-surgical recovery, lymphoedema (where appropriate), sinus congestion, and feelings of heaviness, while also promoting relaxation and wellbeing.

Is lymphatic drainage massage painful?

No. The treatment uses light, rhythmic movements rather than deep pressure, making it a comfortable and relaxing experience for most people.

How many treatments will I need?

This depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients notice benefits after one session, while others achieve the best results with a course of treatments recommended during your consultation.

Should I come with clean hair to my Indian Head Massage appointment?

It is up to you. You can choose to have Indian Head Massage with or without massage oil. If you choose to have your Indian Head Massage appointment with oil some will transfer on to the scalp and hair.

Can I book a facial massage if I have had botox and fillers?

Yes, although it is advised to wait 4 weeks after your top up before you have facial massage to avoid any migration.
