  • Pre and post-operative lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique used to support the lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in fluid balance, waste removal, and immune function. Before surgery, it can help prepare the body by reducing fluid retention and improving circulation. After surgery, it can aid in recovery by reducing swelling, bruising, and scarring, and accelerating the healing process.
